Drawer
Construction
|
-
"5" panel
drawer construction.
-
It is constructed using 2
drawer sides, one front and the back and drawer bottoms.
-
The drawer front becomes the
5th panel which can be removed and replaced in the
event of damage.
-
All drawer sides, fronts, and
backs use a ½" – 9 ply Baltic birch veneer with a ¼"
Evanite hardwood drawer bottom, available in beige or almond.
-
We use side mounted heavy duty
enamel coated drawer glides rated at 75 lb. capacity.
-
These side glides captivate
the bottom edge of the drawer box transferring all the weight of the
drawer and contents to the glides thus eliminating any possible bottom
failure.
-
A metal reinforcement bracket
is added to the center of each drawer bottom.
|
Case Construction
|
-
Cases are constructed using a
32 mm European system.
-
This system inserts a glue
dowel every 64 mm or 2-1/2".
-
All cases utilize a moisture
barrier composition back panel.
-
All cases have a moisture
barrier on bottom of side panels.
-
All panels utilized in case
construction have a 45 lb. high density particleboard core with phenolic
backer sheet.
