Wicker Seats

  • Woven the in the USA on the original Lloyd Loom.

  • Guaranteed for outdoor use in any weather.

  • Reinforced every 3/4" with stainless steel cores for added strength and resilience.

  • Open weave prevents wicker from retaining heat, even after long hours in the sun.

  • Flexible resin emulsion for moisture resistance.

  • Smooth galvanized finish.

  • Hand-finished.  Two step baked on high-solids polyester paint.

  • Advanced technology eliminates burrs, cracking and peeling wicker.

  • Lloyd Loom wicker has a natural "give" for total body comfort.

Wicker Frames

  • Made of .050" cold-rolled steel tubing with internal reinforcement in critical areas.

  • In-house tube mill to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Hot-rolled, high carbon steel springs are hot-forged, trued and tempered.

  • All parts are formed in precision metal dies for smooth, consistent bends and a uniform fit.

  • Cleaned and bonderized in a five-stage zinc phosphate washer.

  • Spray-primed with a baked-on, rust inhibiting polyester primer.

  • Steel surfaces are pretreated with hot-dipped galvanized coatings.

  • Hand finished. Two step baked on high solids polyester paint gives maximum weather protection.

Headrests

  • Available in 6 acrylic fabrics.

  • Filling is water-resistant and has excellent drainage. 

Finished Products

  • Seat and frame are individually replaceable.

  • High quality polyethylene bubble wrap and plastic bags are used to protect the finished products inside the cartons.
